Job Summary

This role involves acting as a key technical consultant and troubleshooter for German and international customers regarding high-quality measurement and control systems, focusing on voltage regulation and power quality. Day-to-day tasks include providing remote and on-site support, commissioning regulator and SCADA components, conducting fault diagnostics, and supporting the release process for hardware/software products. The specialist will also train customers and sales partners, sharing insights with product management for portfolio development. Candidates should possess a technical qualification (Technician or Engineer) in Electrical, Energy, or Automation Technology, coupled with an affinity for programming and networking.
