The First Line Analyst will be responsible for providing essential 1st level IT support, focusing on initial troubleshooting, error analysis for technical malfunctions, and managing incoming support tickets. A key part of the role involves delivering effective telephone support to users. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, excellent communication skills in German, and proficiency with ticketing systems and Office 365.
