Job Summary
This full-time, permanent role is integrated into a European IT matrix, focusing on providing essential 1st and 2nd Level Support for both administrative and production areas. Key daily activities include resolving hardware and software incidents, installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations and peripheral devices, and ensuring data quality through meticulous maintenance of Helpdesk tools. The technician is also responsible for supporting local IT projects, managing implementation tasks, and communicating effectively with all stakeholders. Candidates must have a completed IT education (such as an apprenticeship or technical school), foundational knowledge of standard IT systems, and strong analytical skills to independently diagnose and resolve issues. Success in this role requires teamwork, high motivation, and excellent interpersonal skills to support non-technical users, alongside a positive attitude toward working within the food production environment.
