Job Summary

The Heide Baulabor GmbH is seeking a dedicated Construction Materials Tester to join their team near Lüneburg, supporting Germany-wide construction site operations. This permanent, full-time position involves the critical task of ensuring construction quality by performing comprehensive testing of fresh and hardened concrete, bulk materials, screed, and mortar, adhering to the highest quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing quality controls directly on construction sites and in concrete plants, accurately recording and processing all test data, conducting initial tests, and contributing to the development of Factory Production Control (WPK) documentation. The ideal candidate possesses professional experience in materials testing, strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a high sense of responsibility. While professional training or comparable certification as a Construction Materials Tester is preferred, lateral entry candidates are encouraged. The role requires a Class B driving license and a significant willingness to travel across Germany.
