Job Summary

This role is ideal for a chemist or environmental specialist passionate about digital solutions and chemical compliance. As a Product and Support Engineer, you will be the primary technical interface for customers using GeSi³ and SDBcheck® software, ensuring safe handling of chemicals in the workplace. Day-to-day tasks involve providing specialized customer support, conducting product training sessions and webinars (primarily online), and contributing to the technical evolution of the software, focusing on chemical compliance features. You will also create documentation, write blog posts, manage potential new customer test phases, and perform crucial error analysis and software testing before releases. The position requires strong communication skills, experience in adult education, and the ability to bridge customer needs with the software development team, making it a pivotal role in a growing software house dedicated to safety and compliance.
