Job Summary

This role seeks a highly motivated Construction Manager or Engineer specializing in cable pulling and coordination for railway infrastructure projects across Germany. The successful candidate will be the primary force ensuring the professional planning, control, and oversight of the laying, maintenance, and repair of high and low voltage cables within the rail network. Daily responsibilities include coordinating contractual construction requirements, participating in site meetings, efficiently managing all cable laying activities, and providing guidance to site teams. A critical component of the job is quality assurance, ensuring strict adherence to all relevant safety and quality standards, including DIN, VDE, and Deutsche Bahn specifications. Applicants must hold a qualification as a Master Electrician, Electrical Engineer, or Civil Engineer, coupled with relevant professional experience in cable pulling or cable management, preferably within the rail or infrastructure construction sectors. This position demands high flexibility and extensive nationwide travel, including night and weekend shifts.
