Job Summary

This role involves supporting Siemens in Leipzig with the wiring and quality assurance of industrial switchgear. The Electrical Inspector will be responsible for the day-to-day testing of switchgear assemblies, ensuring they comply with specified parts lists and current flow diagrams. Key daily tasks include the precise assembly of individual modules and inserts, preparing components for manufacturing, and accurately labeling control cabinets. Candidates must possess completed vocational training as an Electrician or Electronics Technician and demonstrate the ability to read and interpret complex wiring diagrams and technical drawings. While professional experience in switchgear testing is desirable, the company offers thorough on-site training. The position is full-time and permanent, requiring a willingness to work within a 2-shift system (Monday to Friday, occasionally Saturday). Good German language skills are essential for successful communication and task execution.
