Job Summary

This role is a full-time, permanent position based in Krefeld, focused on the commissioning of electrical systems within rail vehicles at Siemens Mobility. The Commissioning Technician will be responsible for conducting functional tests on these electrical systems, utilizing wiring diagrams to troubleshoot and identify wiring faults, and installing device software (firmware). A critical part of the role involves the precise handling of electrical testing and measuring equipment, such as voltmeters and damping/impedance meters. Ideal candidates must possess prior knowledge in the commissioning of rail vehicles, basic proficiency in Excel and SAP, and demonstrate strong teamwork and flexibility.
