This trainee program is designed for recent graduates in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics eager to kickstart their careers in hardware planning for energy and control systems or PLC programming. Over an eight-week intensive program, participants will gain hands-on experience with EPLAN for electrical design and Siemens TIA Portal for automation programming and visualization, guided by experienced professionals. The role involves working on projects close to home after the program, with potential for global travel for commissioning automation solutions.
