The successful candidate will analyze technical requirements, resolve open issues, and develop innovative solutions while considering potential risks. Key responsibilities include creating all necessary processes and tools for secure and efficient component assembly, overseeing the serial introduction of new processes, and transitioning them to manufacturing. You will also identify and implement long-term improvements and solve problems within the production environment, contributing actively to an agile team with flat hierarchies and opportunities for personal growth. This position offers significant remote work flexibility (60% remote).
