Job Summary

This role involves specialized material testing and microstructure analysis for a leading aerospace employer based in Meinerzhagen. The daily tasks include the preparation and precise polishing of metallographic samples, followed by qualitative macroscopic and microscopic examination of metallic materials. Key responsibilities include evaluating lattice structures, identifying defects, analyzing phases and phase boundaries, and conducting comprehensive damage and failure diagnosis on components exhibiting metallurgical anomalies. The ideal candidate must possess a completed qualification as a Material Tester or Metallographer, coupled with strong technical comprehension and proficiency in standard IT tools.
