Job Summary

This is a key leadership role for an experienced Electrical Engineer or Technician specializing in Automation Technology, focusing on managing complex projects within the energy sector, including pioneering areas like hydrogen and carbon capture. The Lead Engineer will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control (EI&C/EMSR) projects, ranging from new construction to retrofitting. Day-to-day tasks involve project leadership, managing client and supplier relationships, defining technical specifications (Lasten- and Pflichtenhefte), coordinating internal and external partners, and managing cost control using SAP. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in plant engineering, knowledge of medium voltage systems, and familiarity with ATEX directives.
