Job Summary
This role involves comprehensive administrative support and project assistance for a foundation in Hannover, Germany. The successful candidate will manage general office tasks, including personnel administration (excluding payroll), preparatory accounting, and bank transfers using DatevUnternehmenOnline. A significant part of the role is dedicated to project administration, which includes preparing and reviewing project invoices and maintaining the event database (CiviEvent). This position is ideal for someone with a commercial background, strong IT skills, and experience in office procedures and correspondence.
