Job Summary

This dual-role position requires a dedicated professional to manage and maintain the technical infrastructure of the Metronom Theater in Oberhausen. The Facility Manager/Electrician will be responsible for the continuous monitoring, maintenance, and repair of all building service systems, including critical electrical, heating, ventilation, and sanitary installations. A key focus is ensuring the flawless functionality of these systems, especially during live performances and events, requiring close coordination with other theater departments. The ideal candidate possesses completed vocational training as an Electrician or Building Services Technician, coupled with professional experience in electrical engineering. Knowledge of sanitary and heating technology is a plus.
