Job Summary

This role involves the complete project lifecycle for the development and manufacturing of labeling systems, acting as a key Automation Engineer focusing on PLC programming. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project execution from initial planning through to final commissioning. You will be responsible for creating, revising, and adapting PLC programs, alongside designing and modifying visualizations using tools like WinCC or TIA Portal. The position requires taking technical responsibility for automation and control aspects of projects, conducting test runs, managing modernization work, and performing independent troubleshooting in multidisciplinary teams. Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical or Automation Engineering (or equivalent technical certification) and possess initial professional experience or strong foundational knowledge in PLC programming, ideally within the Siemens ecosystem. The ability to develop automation concepts and work autonomously is essential for success in this challenging and growth-oriented environment.
