Job Summary
This role involves providing essential 1st and 2nd level technical support, ensuring seamless IT operations for customers and internal staff. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing Incident Management, installing and configuring hardware and software for new employees, and meticulously documenting requests and solutions within the knowledge base. The specialist will also monitor service quality, identify process improvements, and contribute to technical documentation. Key qualifications include a completed IT/Computer Science vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration) and 1-3 years of professional experience in user support or a helpdesk environment.
