Job Summary

This role involves joining a dynamic Pharma and Life Science team to develop innovative solutions, focusing specifically on cell culture technology. The Cell Culture Laboratory Technician will be responsible for the independent planning, execution, and evaluation of complex experiments, including the development and characterization of new high-performance cell lines and associated media. Key tasks include working with various systems like transfection, selection, fermentation, and bioreactors, performing analytical characterization of processes, and creating essential documentation (SOPs) and templates to support ongoing projects. A critical component of the job is ensuring all work adheres strictly to GMP guidelines and optimizing laboratory workflows and equipment, including the technical advancement of existing systems. Candidates must possess a strong background, such as a completed qualification as a Pharmaceutical Technician, Laboratory Technician, or BTA, coupled with a willingness to work shifts and demonstrate a high level of quality awareness and teamwork.
