Job Summary

This role involves driving the development of high-precision optics processing procedures, specifically tailored for EUV applications. The Research Associate will take ownership of specific work packages, independently executing development projects from conception through to documentation and presentation of results. A key responsibility is maintaining close coordination with project management and providing regular progress reports. The position requires supporting the introduction of new processing procedures into production environments and collaborating extensively with both internal and external expert teams, including national and international institutions and suppliers. Candidates must possess a strong technical or scientific background, ideally with a PhD, coupled with expertise in complex system/process development and optics knowledge. Success in this role demands excellent communication, analytical thinking, and a proactive, independent working style.
