The role heavily involves requirements management using DOORS, conducting detailed failure analyses, and implementing optimizations related to packaging, cost savings, and ergonomics. Successful candidates must possess a degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Automotive Engineering, coupled with practical experience in wiring harness development and proficiency in tools such as Siemens NX and e³ Series.
