Job Summary

This role is for an ambitious Research Associate to join a team focused on delivering next-level technology solutions for various clients. Day-to-day responsibilities involve leading process development within complex technology projects, providing technical leadership to a research and development team, and collaboratively developing cross-competence technical solutions. Key tasks include defining measures to achieve project goals, creating and updating schedule, cost, and capacity plans for development tasks, and conducting development status reporting and reviews. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Physics, Materials Science, or a comparable technical/scientific field. Experience in developing optical systems and technical team coordination is highly desirable.
