This role involves supporting advanced technological solutions by focusing on the development and industrialization of optical processes. The Research Associate will be responsible for developing optics processes across various materials and ensuring their successful transfer into series production. Key tasks include comprehensive documentation, effective communication, and professional presentation of project results to stakeholders. The position requires close collaboration with diverse internal and external expert teams, including domestic and international institutes, as well as qualifying and coordinating internal and external suppliers. Candidates should possess a degree in Physics or Engineering (ideally with a PhD) and demonstrate strong teamwork, communication skills, resilience, and flexibility. Good English proficiency is beneficial for this challenging and collaborative position.
