This role is centered on ensuring the continuous technical availability and smooth functionality of critical pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities. As a Process Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring technical systems, conducting preventive data analysis on performance metrics, and implementing necessary corrective measures, often within the team. A crucial part of the job involves managing requirements and changes within established Change Control procedures and actively leading or supporting area-specific process improvement projects. To succeed, you should possess a completed education in the pharmaceutical field, ideally as a Pharmaceutical Engineer or Technical Industrial Master. Initial experience working with technical facilities in a GMP environment is highly desirable, especially involving complex, modern equipment used for biopharmaceutical product manufacturing or processing.
