Job Summary
This role is for an ambitious ITIL Service Process Manager responsible for overseeing and optimizing critical IT service functions. Day-to-day duties involve taking ownership of the established ITIL Release Management process and driving the continuous improvement of IT services, support processes, rollouts, and associated tools. A key component of the role is metric-based quality management, which includes reporting and creating target-group specific documentation. Successful candidates must hold a university degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics and possess several years of professional experience defining, documenting, and implementing complex processes. Strong analytical thinking and effective communication skills are essential prerequisites.
