Job Summary

This role involves driving the next level of technological solutions by focusing on the development and design of power electronic systems. The Power Electronics Development Engineer will be responsible for designing and laying out analog, digital, and power electronic circuits, including DC/DC converters, inverters, and power supplies. Key daily tasks include selecting appropriate electronic components, semiconductors, and cooling concepts, creating schematics and layouts using simulation tools (e.g., Altium, LTspice, PLECS), and conducting commissioning, testing, and EMC measurements. A successful candidate will hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and possess experience in developing power electronic systems, including knowledge of modern semiconductor technology (SiC, GaN) and EMC-compliant design. The position requires strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and good proficiency in both German and English.
