Job Summary

This role is for a Project Manager specializing in Ship Automation, responsible for leading the dedicated Automation module within complex marine technology and shipbuilding projects. The successful candidate will manage their own project team, ensuring the timely and high-quality completion of the overall project scope. Key responsibilities include close collaboration with the Research and Development department, as well as the selection and management of internal and external system partners. The role requires strong technical communication skills to interface effectively with other trades and departments regarding specialized technical queries. Candidates must possess a university degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification, coupled with relevant professional experience in the shipbuilding environment, ideally in new construction. Excellent proficiency in both German and English is mandatory, positioning the expert to contribute to exciting and diverse projects for renowned industry developers.
