Job Summary

This role involves managing electrical engineering projects within the shipbuilding and marine technology sector, focusing on new construction. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and quality standards. Key daily tasks include creating detailed specifications, coordinating engineering activities, and collaborating closely with the Research and Development department. A crucial part of the job is managing supplier relationships, including selection and leadership, and overseeing the construction process through to commissioning and final customer handover. This position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, coupled with professional experience in electrical engineering, ideally within shipbuilding, and strong proficiency in both German and English.
