Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious ICT Service Technician ready to connect people and technology by delivering high-quality technical service. Day-to-day responsibilities include the assembly, installation, and subsequent maintenance of critical communication infrastructure, such as radio relay systems and digital or analog radio systems, alongside general electrical installations. A core part of the job involves providing technical customer service, troubleshooting complex issues using strong analytical skills, and meticulously documenting all maintenance procedures. Candidates must possess a completed technical education, ideally supplemented by a Technician qualification in fields like Electronics for Devices and Systems, Energy and Building Technology, or IT/Information Systems. Previous experience in the installation and repair of telecommunication, IP, and radio networks is essential. Success in this position requires a reliable, team-oriented, and customer-focused approach, alongside professional fluency in both German and English.
