Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious Test Engineer specializing in electric drives for Hybrid and Electric Vehicles (HEVs/EVs). The core responsibilities involve the full lifecycle of testing: planning, executing, and analyzing test programs conducted on the test bench. You will serve as the primary contact for internal and external customer projects related to electric drive testing, requiring strong communication skills. Day-to-day tasks also include managing test data storage and archiving in databases, planning and wiring complex test setups, and continuously developing and calibrating measurement techniques. To succeed, candidates must possess a completed university degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering and demonstrated experience handling high-voltage components, coupled with expertise in statistical evaluation and technical measurement technology.
