Job Summary

This role involves driving complex development projects for leading automotive OEMs and suppliers by focusing on Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed test cases and executing comprehensive system tests, both on dedicated HIL test benches and directly on the vehicle. A core function is the coordination and management of the HIL test benches, ensuring smooth operation. Day-to-day tasks include comparing test results against established system requirements, meticulously documenting identified errors for subsequent troubleshooting, and implementing test automation strategies to enhance efficiency. Candidates must possess a technical degree in fields like Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Vehicle Technology, coupled with initial professional experience operating HIL systems within the automotive sector. Proficiency in requirements management and specific software tools such as dSpace, INCA, or Matlab/Simulink is essential for success in this challenging and rewarding position.
