The coordinator is responsible for the full lifecycle of external services, including supplier selection, obtaining quotes, technical clarification, and rigorous invoice control. A key part of the job is managing external contractors, creating detailed work instructions, and ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant delivery of maintenance services. Responsibilities also include developing and monitoring inspection, maintenance, and testing schedules, operating and managing buildings and systems, and preparing for internal and external audits.
