Job Summary

This role requires a qualified Electrical Specialist to assume the Plant Management responsibility (Anlagenverantwortung) for an offshore wind park, ensuring compliance with DIN VDE 0105-100. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring switching states and load flows in the high-voltage network, executing and supervising switching operations, and drafting/reviewing switching protocols. The specialist is responsible for coordinating emergency responses, issuing work permits (Permit to Work), managing technical documentation, and serving as the key liaison for contractor teams and the transmission system operator's control center. Candidates must possess specific electrical qualifications, proven experience as a Plant Manager in high-voltage environments, and authorization for switching operations up to 110kV.
