Job Summary

This role is centered on the full lifecycle development and optimization of automation solutions for complex machinery and plants. The PLC Programmer will primarily focus on the programming and adaptation of PLC controls using industry-standard systems such as Siemens S7, TIA Portal, and Beckhoff. Key responsibilities include creating visualizations and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) surfaces, conducting critical commissioning activities both in-house and at customer sites, and performing continuous system analysis and troubleshooting. Candidates must possess a university degree or technician qualification in Automation Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics, coupled with proven expertise in PLC programming and knowledge of fieldbus technologies like Profibus or EtherCAT. The position requires strong collaboration skills with engineering teams and a willingness to travel extensively nationwide for project implementation, offering the chance to drive technological advancement for major clients.
