Job Summary

This role seeks an ambitious IT Systems Administrator to manage and enhance complex IT infrastructures for a leading technology client. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of IT components, including the installation, configuration, and maintenance of essential hardware and software. A significant portion of the role involves providing critical 1st and 2nd level support, analyzing and resolving disturbances, and ensuring smooth operation through effective troubleshooting. Furthermore, the specialist will actively support major IT initiatives such as system rollouts, migrations, and documentation of all IT processes. Key requirements include a completed qualification as an IT Specialist for System Integration or equivalent, profound knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments, and familiarity with network technologies and ticketing systems like Jira or ServiceNow. This position requires a strong service orientation, independent problem-solving skills, and fluent German communication to effectively consult and train end-users and collaborate with internal and external IT teams.
