Job Summary
This role involves leading the technical operations and management of properties, ensuring efficiency and compliance across various sites. The Facility Manager will be responsible for overseeing and directing technical operational processes, coordinating all maintenance, repair, and upkeep activities, and ensuring strict adherence to legal regulations and safety standards. A key part of the job involves budget planning, cost control, and the overall economic management of the facilities. Candidates should possess a degree in Facility Management or Real Estate Management, coupled with professional experience in facility or technical building management. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a solution-oriented approach, along with proficiency in MS Office and ideally CAFM systems.
