Job Summary

This role seeks an Industrial Electrician to specialize in the complex wiring and connection of high-voltage motors at a Berlin-Spandau site. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing the wiring and connecting main current terminals on high-voltage motors, pre-assembling and pre-wiring main and auxiliary terminal boxes, and installing and connecting monitoring elements within the machinery. The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as an Electrician, Mechatronics Technician, or similar, preferably with initial professional experience in wiring switchgear and high-voltage motors. Crucially, the role requires willingness to work in a 3-shift system. This position offers a secure, permanent employment opportunity (initially via temporary staffing) with an attractive starting wage of €20 per hour (negotiable upwards based on experience) and excellent potential for permanent takeover.
