Job Summary

This role as a Test Field Technician in Endingen offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the assembly and quality assurance process within a modern electronics manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the precise assembly of complex components and systems, actively supporting the test field operations, and operating various machinery. A key daily task involves conducting the final inspection of populated circuit boards (PCBs) to ensure rigorous quality standards are met. Candidates must possess a completed technical education or comparable qualification, ideally coupled with initial experience in electronics manufacturing, though motivated cross-entries are welcome. Essential qualities include high manual dexterity, a meticulous and focused work approach, and the commitment to working permanent night shifts and pursuing further training. This position is initially offered through temporary employment with the option for direct takeover.
