Job Summary
This role is the primary point of contact for internal colleagues regarding all IT-related inquiries, ensuring the reliable operation of organizational systems. The specialist will diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and user requests, maintaining smooth operations across the organization. Key responsibilities include supporting Client Management, maintaining workstations and peripheral devices, and actively participating in ongoing IT projects. Candidates must possess a relevant IT education or equivalent practical experience, strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems (Windows 10/11, Server), and a solution-oriented, service-focused approach.
