Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Measurement Technician to join the Central Prevention Tasks division of the BGHM, focused on occupational safety within the wood and metal industries. The primary responsibility involves independently executing critical hazardous substance and noise measurements within member companies. These measurements are crucial for the accurate assessment of workplaces and the determination of employee exposure levels. The technician is also tasked with ensuring the operational readiness of all equipment through regular maintenance and calibration. Candidates must possess a completed technical qualification, such as a state-certified Technician or Master Craftsman in fields like Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Technology, or a relevant Bachelor's degree. A minimum of three years of industry-related professional experience is mandatory, along with a Class B driver's license and a willingness to undertake frequent, multi-day field service travel across Bavaria and adjacent regions.
