Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Commissioning Technician specializing in service and maintenance for a prestigious client in the rail industry in Kassel. The primary responsibilities involve the full commissioning of various locomotive series, including the Traxx fleet. Day-to-day tasks include conducting customer acceptance tests, generating detailed test reports, performing complex fault analysis and troubleshooting on rail vehicles, and contributing to process optimization and documentation efforts. Candidates must hold qualifications such as an Electrical Technician, Mechatronics Technician, or Master Electrician certification, coupled with strong technical comprehension of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems. Experience in rail transport technology and locomotive operation is highly valued, along with proficiency in MS Office and a robust commitment to safety protocols. This position offers a stable, permanent contract within a growing European service provider.
