Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Media Technician specializing in the permanent installation and maintenance of media and AV systems in Königswinter, Germany. The specialist will be responsible for the independent installation, pre-commissioning, and realization of media technology projects, including coordinating execution, mounting professional AV and lighting equipment, and performing device installation and cabling. Key day-to-day tasks involve building and wiring control cabinets, conducting testing and measuring activities, and performing maintenance and repairs on conference room and media technology. Candidates must have a completed apprenticeship in electronics (e.g., Information and Telecommunications Technology or IT System Electronics) or at least three years of professional experience in fixed media installation. Strong German and good technical English skills are required, along with customer-oriented, independent work habits and a willingness to travel occasionally for installations.
