Job Summary

This role involves maintaining and servicing the electrical systems across the City Works Group of Delmenhorst, ensuring the operational readiness of critical infrastructure like gas, electricity, water, and street lighting. The specialist will be responsible for the upkeep of electrotechnical systems, including the maintenance of switchgear, building installations, and measurement and control equipment. Key daily tasks include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing repairs on fixed operating equipment, and diligently managing data transfers, PLC systems, and visualization settings. Candidates must possess a completed technical education in electrical engineering, multi-year professional experience, and the readiness to participate in on-call duty for prompt fault rectification.
