Job Summary

This role seeks a qualified Industrial Electrician or Mechatronics Technician to ensure the seamless operation of production facilities for a major client in Steinau an der Straße. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the independent maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of complex machinery, actively resolving disruptions, and supporting external service providers during scheduled maintenance and repairs. A critical part of the job is the accurate documentation and upkeep of maintenance plans, alongside the retrofitting of older systems to improve efficiency. Candidates must possess a completed apprenticeship in a relevant technical field and initial professional experience in a comparable position. Strong German language skills are required for documentation and communication. Knowledge of Siemens S7 and Beckhoff controls is highly desirable. This is a challenging and varied position offering a permanent contract and excellent prospects for direct takeover by the client.
