Job Summary
This role is for a Second Level Support Specialist to join an established digital services company in Hamburg, playing a key role in their continuously evolving IT department. The specialist will be responsible for managing and resolving complex technical support requests, analyzing issues, and developing sustainable solutions. Day-to-day tasks include detailed documentation of support cases, creating vital knowledge articles, and closely collaborating with First Level Support and other IT teams. The position also involves assisting with IT projects, system introductions, and performance monitoring of critical IT systems. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification and professional experience in IT support, coupled with strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux systems, networking technologies, and IT security principles.
