Job Summary

This role involves acting as the operational team leader and Deputy Department Head, overseeing the organization and execution of chemical product manufacturing for a globally leading chemical company in Wiesbaden. Key responsibilities include managing shift and vacation schedules, ensuring seamless information flow, operating and monitoring complex production plants, and performing troubleshooting and minor repairs. A critical aspect is maintaining strict adherence to Quality, Safety, and Environmental standards, including GMP. Candidates must possess a completed technical vocational education (ideally as a Chemical Technician) and the Industrial Master in Chemistry qualification, coupled with several years of relevant production experience and initial leadership skills.
