Job Summary

This role involves the independent operation of specialized machinery and systems crucial for manufacturing semiconductor dies (chips). Daily tasks include utilizing various complex processes such as photolithography, wafer cleaning, plasma etching, and anodic glass bonding. The assistant is responsible for continuous process monitoring, initiating corrective actions upon error detection, and strictly adhering to quality guidelines and work instructions. A key aspect is performing detailed optical inspections and assessments of wafer surfaces using a microscope, based on a defined error catalog. Candidates must possess a completed technical vocational training (e.g., CTA or Chemical Laboratory Technician) and initial relevant professional experience. The position requires reliability, meticulousness, and the willingness to work in a 3-shift system under strict cleanroom conditions, offering a permanent contract within a renowned innovation company.
