This role involves optimizing and coordinating site-specific maintenance and upkeep systems and processes for critical data center infrastructure in Rüsselsheim. The Maintenance Coordinator serves as the primary contact for external service providers and customers regarding the maintenance management of building infrastructure, focusing on critical components such as UPS systems, generators, electrical distribution, and fire safety systems. Key responsibilities include creating detailed building-specific maintenance plans, reviewing work instructions and risk assessments, ensuring strict adherence to ISO, safety, and fire protection guidelines, and managing comprehensive documentation and reporting to site management.
