Job Summary
This role involves actively participating in the establishment and continuous development of the Project Management Office (PMO) within the IT department of Germany's largest RoRo port operator. The PMO Specialist will be responsible for implementing and monitoring project management standards and methodologies, ensuring consistency across ongoing projects. Key daily tasks include supporting project leads in planning, execution, and monitoring phases, organizing and preparing project communication materials, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. A crucial component of the job is the regular creation of analyses, evaluations, and reports. Candidates must possess a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent, coupled with several years of professional experience in project management and strong organizational and communication skills in both German and English.
