The position also involves necessary on-site deployment to support IT technology integrated into port facilities and vehicles. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in the IT sector (such as an IT Specialist for System Integration) or comparable professional experience. Essential technical knowledge includes Windows Server Environments, Active Directory, networking, and backup systems, with ideal familiarity in Microsoft 365 and virtualization. Strong communication skills are crucial for effectively explaining technical issues to colleagues across different departments.
