Job Summary

This role requires a proactive and visionary Head of Electrical Engineering to lead and develop the electrical engineering department across two locations for an innovative home construction company focused on sustainable building. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coaching an interdisciplinary team, ensuring clear structures, and fostering collaboration. Day-to-day tasks involve the comprehensive planning and management of electrical engineering projects, from initial design through post-handover customer support.
