Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive administration and continuous development of the electronic patient record system, ORBIS NICE (Dedalus), which is fully utilized in the PZN Wiesloch. The specialist will manage both clinical documentation modules and non-medical ORBIS modules, including material management and billing. Key responsibilities include leading and participating in IT projects, administering databases, user rights, and backup concepts for systems like HydMedia (DMS) and Nuance (speech recognition). A crucial aspect is taking technical responsibility for the IT integration of various medical devices (e.g., EKGs, lab systems). The ideal candidate holds an IT-oriented degree or equivalent qualification, possesses strong knowledge of PC hardware, Microsoft software, databases, servers, and networks, and operates independently and solution-oriented. Experience in a hospital setting with KIS/DMS is beneficial. This position offers the chance to work in a specialized team as a Dedalus reference and development partner.
